PAYMENTS
Mail your payment directly to M.J. Tours,
unless notified by M.J. Tours or Group leader. Please follow payment schedule and have payments in our office on time.
M.J. Tours has a schedule to follow to pay for the buses, hotels, tickets, etc. Please make sure you follow
the payment schedule. PAYMENT MAY BE PAID IN FULL AT ANY TIME.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment must be in our office by December 13, 2008.
There
will be a $20.00 late charge per person if not in the office by this date.
NO CANCELLATION
Your money will not be refunded. If you cancel your trip and don't sell your package, you will forfeit all
money! This is all the hotel policy in Washington DC Inauguration Week.
MAIL OUT
OUT-OF-TOWNER PACKAGES AND GROUPS will be mailed out the week of January 4, 2009 to the Group Leader (If final payment
has been received). UPS will leave a yellow slip if you are not at home. M.J. Tours is not responsible if you
do not pick up your packages.
CHECKS
We will accept Personal
Checks, Cashier Checks, THERE WILL BE NO CASH ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. A $50.00
charge will be imposed for any checks returned for insufficient funds. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO M.J. TOURS
PHONE CALLS
Calls are accepted daily from 9:00am - 7:00pm
and Saturday from 10:00am - 2:00pm. The office is closed on Sundays. You may leave a voice mail message at any
time.
OFFICE HOURS
The office is open only on PAYMENT
DATES. Fridays 1:00pm - 6:00pm. (Or Call for an appointment)
MOTORCOACH
SEATS
Motor coach seats are reserved according to the date we receive your first payment.
MOTORCOACH SEATS/AUTOMOBILE
If you drive your automobile
or ride the motor coach the price is the same.
BARACK OBAMA
If Obama does not win the election M.J. Tours will not be going to the Inauguration.
Your money will be refunded except
for a $45.00 service chare per person.
RESPONSIBILITY
These tours are under the management of M.J. Tours, it acts as only an agent for the passenger and, therefore, accepts
no responsibility in whole or part for any delays, delayed departure or arrival, loss, damage, or injury to person or property,
or mechanical defect or failure of any nautre however caused; or any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment
beyond their control, with or without notice, or for any additional expense as common carriers. Rates quoted are based
on tariffs and exchange currency at time of printing and are subject to change theirein at or before time of final payment.
M.J. Tours reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any tour member as a participant of this tour at any time
