INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP PAYMENTS
Mail your payment
directly to M.J. Tours, unless notified by M.J. Tours or Group Leader. Pleas follow payment schedule and have
payments in our office on time. M.J. Tours has a schedule to follow to pay for the buses, hotels, tickets, etc.
So please make sure you follow the payment schedule. PAYMENT MAY BE PAID IN FULL AT ANY TIME. Thank you!
SPECIAL DATE
ALL PAYMENTS must be caught up-to-date by May 31st.
If not caught up-to-date by May 31stth, your seats will be moved to the last row of your section.
FINAL
PAYMENT
Final payment must be in our office by June 28th.
There
will be a $20.00 late charge per person if not in the office by that date.
CANCELLATION
If
for some reason you must cancel your trip before departure, you must cancel before May 31st. Your money will
be refunded except for a $35.00 service charge. After May 31st, if you cancel your trip and don't sell your package,
you will forfeit all money! We strongly urge you to buy the Travel Protection Plan. (All refunds will be mailed
out after the trip.)
POSTAGE
To ensure that our customers
receive their tickets, we send all out of town ticets Express mail. For the protection of your tickets, we ask that
you send $15.00 for EXPRESS MAIL service.
MAIL OUT
INDIVIDUAL
PACKAGES will be mailed to your residence the week of July 6th; GROUP PACKAGES will be mailed to the
Group Leader (if final payment has been received.) UPS will leave a yellow slip if you are not at home. M.J. Tours
is not responsible if you do not pick up your packages. COLUMBUS, OHIO PICK-UP will be on Friday, July 11th
from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
CHECKS
We will accept Personal Checks, Cashier
Checks. THERE WILL BE NO CASH ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. A $50.00 charge will be imposed
for any checks returned for insufficient funds. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO M.J. TOURS
PHONE CALLS
Calls are accepted daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday
from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The office is closed on Sundays. You may leave a voice mail message at any time.
OFFICE HOURS
The office is open only on PAYMENT DATES. Friday
11:00am to 6:00pm. SATURDAY 9:00am to 12:00 NOON. (Call for appointment.) BUILDING DOORS ARE LOCKED ON SATURDAY.
Please call before coming. Payments by mail accepted.
RESPONSIBILITY
These
tours are under the management of M.J. Tours, it acts as only an agent for the passenger and, therefore, accepts no responsibility
in whole or part for any delays, delayed departure or arrival, loss, damage, or injury to person or property, or mechanical
defect or failure of any nature however caused; or any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment beyond their
control, with or without notice, or for any additional expense as common carriers. Rates quoted are based on tariffs
and exchange currency at time of printing and are subject to change therein at or before time of final payment. M.J.
Tours reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any tour member as a participant of this tour at any time.

CUSTOMER NUMBER
The number that is on your
label in the right upper corner is your customer number. Please put this number on all correspondence, checks, money
orders, etc. with Hotel name so we can serve you better.
If your have not been assigned a customer
number, once we receive your first payment one will be assigned to you and we will mail your customer number to you.
